Home Enhancements
Oftentimes the small details make the biggest difference.    Enhance your curb appeal, let cabinetry or columns define your room separations.  Possibly add a fireplace to a bare wall or new lighting to a dark space.

A contrasting ceiling color, transom over the windows, and ceiling fan make this front porch inviting.
The archway into the kitchen is repeated in the master suite entry. Bold white posts and sconces add character.
This bedroom window was bumped out to add a window seat and extra storage space.
Kitchens
Once small enclosed spaces, kitchens have become the place where guests gather when we entertain, kids do their homework, and the family gathers to prepare and eat meals together.  Does your kitchen need more space, a better layout, or to be opened up to the family room?

To maximize space, the wall to the living area was removed, a back door to the deck was added, and the layout was rearranged.
The blank wall at the end of this galley kitchen received additional cabinetry for storage and food prep.
This fully remodeled kitchen features a center island and table with a sink and wine fridge, stainless appliances, granite counters, and tile backsplash.
French doors to the backyard, tiled floor, and glass front cabinets update this older home.
This new kitchen uses custom cabinetry, copper sink, professional grade appliances, and detailed tile work.
Outdoor Spaces
Are you taking advantage of the additional living space that can be found outside?  A front porch can be great for relaxing on a summer afternoon.  That unused side yard can make a great retreat.  Enjoy a cup of coffee on a rainy morning in a screened in porch.

Enjoy the outdoors in any weather with a screened in porch.
Swings don't always have to be on a porch. This custom built swing is a great way to enjoy the yard on a spring day.
In addition to new paint and trimwork, this house had a porch added to the front
Even if your neighbor's house is close, a privacy fence and deck with access from the kitchen allow use of a small side yard.
An added French door and side porch allow access to a private patio from the master suite.
A curved retaining wall separates the patio entertaining area from the rest of the yard.
An antique mantle was the inspiration to add a fireplace between these two windows
This custom built mantle and fireplace were added between the windows in this master bedroom.
Custom built cabinets painted dark gray, marble counters, and a unique tiled backsplash give this kitchen renovation a modern feel.
Even small courtyards can feel spacious and comfortable.
